7400 Series Dark Bronze Electric Strike

The Adams Rite 7440-628 7400 Series Aluminum Electric Strike offers compact, high-strength access control for aluminum, metal, or wood doors equipped with Adams Rite deadlatches or cylindrical locks. Featuring a dark bronze finish and fail-secure operation, this strike opens under up to 25 lbs of preload and delivers over 1,500 lbs of holding force.

• Compatible with Adams Rite 4500 and 4900 deadlatches or cylindrical locksets

• 7440 flat faceplate with square corners; designed for flush-mounted, 1-3/4" thick doors

• Adjustable stainless steel keeper accepts 1/2" to 5/8" latchbolt projections

• Operates on 12/16/24 VDC with low current draw; adapters included for voltage flexibility

• Certified to UL 1034, UL 294, ANSI/BHMA Grade 1, and ULC-S319 standards
