How do I place an order online?

Why isn’t pricing listed for certain items?

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. You'll receive tracking info as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. You can also log into your account to view tracking details.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We primarily ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on the item size, weight, and destination.

Can I ship to a PO box or international address?

At this time, we only ship within the U.S. and cannot deliver to PO boxes. For international inquiries, contact us for possible accommodations.

My package shows delivered, but I haven’t received it — what should I do?

Please check around your property or with neighbors. If the package is still missing, contact us at info@lowvoltagedealer.com and we’ll help investigate.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email us with your order number and reason for return. If eligible, we’ll send return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

What items are non-returnable?

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How long do refunds take to process?

These refer to wiring and communication standards.
