At Low Voltage Dealer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Special-order or custom-order products (unless defective or damaged)
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item. Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@lowvoltagedealer.com.
Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and must provide their own return shipping label unless the return is the result of:
- An item shipped in error by Low Voltage Dealer
- A defective product
- A product damaged during shipment
In these cases, Low Voltage Dealer will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or a damaged shipment.
