Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Product Availability & Drop Shipping

We offer a wide selection of products, some of which are shipped directly from our suppliers or manufacturers. As a result:

  • Drop-shipped items may require additional processing and transit time.
  • If a product is temporarily out of stock, we may place an order with the manufacturer on your behalf.
  • Shipping and delivery times for special-order or backordered items will vary depending on manufacturer availability and shipping schedules.

Shipping Time Estimates

While we strive to provide accurate shipping estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including manufacturer delays, carrier delays, weather conditions, and supply chain disruptions.
