• Advanced Smoke Detection — Uses a photoelectric optical sensing chamber and detection algorithms designed to identify smoke from common synthetic materials while helping reduce nuisance alarms from everyday cooking.
• Heat & Freeze Monitoring — Reports excessive temperature changes, including a rate-of-rise condition when temperatures exceed 104°F and increase by at least 15°F within one minute, plus high-temperature and low-temperature alerts.
• Supervised Wireless Communication — Operates at 345 MHz with a 350-foot open-air range and 70-minute supervisory interval, transmitting in encrypted mode by default with switchable encryption.
• Audible Local Alarm — Built-in sounder produces more than 85 dBA at 10 feet for local notification while alarm and environmental conditions are reported to the security panel.
